Management consultants like their two-by-two matrixes (e.g. The Boston Box), simple two dimensional graphs (e.g. The Product Life-cycle), simple progressive development models (e.g. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs), and small factor analysis tools (e.g. The 3[or is it 4?] Communication Preferences). Whilst these are helpful in making sense of a complex world, they don’t make the world any less complex in reality.
If this resonates with you and your experiences, you’ll be pleased to know that at Hartwith International we know the theory (keeping ourselves up to date through CPD) but we also understand reality. We know that the world is not only complicated but we understand that it is always changing and shifting – we simplify wherever possible not to the extent that we lose sight of the rigour and completeness required to make pragmatic and effective solutions.
Thus, there are only two things you need to do to achieve organisational success:
It’s as simple and as complicated as that!
If you would like cost-effective help with either or both of these then contact us now to find out what we can do for you and your organisation.
